This destination wedding inspiration was so fun to create in Sayulita, Mexico! The bride wore a modern, clean gown and the groom wore a light pink suit. Inspired by the local architecture, artists, and vibrant colors of the town, we created a beautiful elopment wedding featuring tissue paper flowers, fresh papayas, soft velvets, and a warm color palette. The ceremony inspiration took place on the rooftop of a private villa. We used natural equipales chairs and sofas for seating, and then arranged two large mixed-medium installations with living flowers, tropical greenery, and tissue paper flowers to frame the couple as they said their vows. The couple then went and took photos around the vibrant town of Sayulita, with the vibrant flags, colorful buildings, and quintessential architecture. Dinner was served on the patio overlooking the ocean. I used a tamarind velvet linen, copper chargers, vellum menus, and acrylic details so that the vibrant colors of the flowers and fruits would be the main focus. It was such a fun, memorable day! The team that made it all happen...
