Fall Wedding in Park City with Autumnal Foliage, Seasonal Flowers, Warm & Moody Tablescape

This fall, I had the honor of speaking at The Hybrid Co. conference in Park City, Utah.  As a part of my work at the conference, we produced a series of styled shoots for photographers to participate in at a beautiful resort, The Lodge at Blue Sky.  This styled shoot is one of my all-time favorites: from the autumn foliage to the green velvet linen, the hand-painted acrylic menus to the soft Tono and Co. silks, it was such an incredible day!

Whenever I am working with clients hosting a destination wedding, I think it’s so important to incorporate local elements and inspiration into the design.  From using local vendors to featuring colors and locally-grown florals and foliage, using local elements makes the event weekend that much more memorable and unique.

Park City truly showed off when we were there - the autumn leaves were stunning!  To create the ceremony space, I was inspired by the natural foliage of the surrounding area and we created a meadow of blooms and autumnal foliage around the bride and groom.  ​

The table was set with natural ceramic china, crystal glassware, and a deep emerald velvet linen.  We created textured autumn floral arrangements in gold vases on the table, with wooden candlesticks and beeswax candles lining the center.  Clean, modern, acrylic menus and place cards were featured at each setting.  ​

The Lodge at Blue Sky provided the perfect landscape to bring our vision to life. From the deep autumn tones to the bright red leaves, I’ll never forget the beauty of this day!
