Cassie & Richard wanted a bright, playful, joyful wedding ceremony right on the Santa Barbara coast. They hosted their wedding at Rancho Dos Pueblos at the private beach. We used a neutral base color palette with white, creams, ivories, taupes, and natural woods, but then brought in pops of color in the florals and sea glass accents. Cassie + Richard said their vows in a beautiful wedding ceremony overlooking the ocean on the bluffs. I had so much fun creating a tropical-inspired, colorful wedding arch with bright florals and bougainvillea. After their heartfelt ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails on the beach (and were even welcomed to walk on the beach and enjoy the view). Dinner was served under a canopy of beautiful lights. Guests dined at mismatched tables - round and rectangular - and danced the night away under the stars. I especially loved the lighting done by Bella Vista Designs - we collaborated to design a special wash of lighting over the ocean, so even after the sun set, guests could see the waves crashing on the shore (as if illuminated by moonlight). It was such a fun day! The Team That Made This Happen:
